Sanitation Districts of LA County recommends sewage outfall site under Royal Palms:  Sanitation Districts of LA County has released their EIR for a proposed sewage outfall system that  includes digging a new 6.9 mile tunnel that would run under Figueroa Street, Harbor Regional Park, North Gaffey, Capitol Drive, Western and Dodson to Royal Palms.  The final EIR is available online at www.ClearwaterProgram.org.
