JCC Homes/Kinder Morgan Development
JCC Homes is proposing to acquire the Kinder Morgan property
(Gaffey and Gatun Streets) and build 135 detached homes after Kinder
Morgan removes the tanks and cleans up the property. A more in-depth
presentation will be given at the Issues Committee Meeting on January
5, 2005.

Plot Plan. They are now proposing to change the park, put a road
through the edge of the park to Capitol, and close off Gatun to the
West (see below). The homes will be similar in configuration, construction,
and density to the new Woodbury Development. It is highly recommended
that you visit the Woodbury Development located on Normandie Avenue
just S. of Torrance Blvd. The models are open from 10 am to 5 pm Tudesay
through Sunday and from 1:00 pm to 5: pm on Mondays.

expanded into Gatun resulting in roughly the same size as the current
park.
