The following Motion from the COPSS Committee was passed unanimously by the Board.
The NWSPNC requests that the City Council require the inclusion of evacuation and emergency planning as a component of the EIR for all development requiring an EIR and that the evacuation/emergency plan component be approved by all first responder agencies currently responsible for emergency evacuation planning.
