Northwest San Pedro Neighborhood CouncilMotion to Change Wording in By-Laws The Northwest San Pedro Neighborhood Council supports the following change to its By-Laws on Page 8, Section XIII, Paragraph C to read as follows: C. An Official action by the Board shall be approved by a majority vote. An abstention is not counted as either a yes or no. To reconsider an action or vote shall require a two-thirds vote. All two-thirds votes shall be by roll call. The NWSPNC also supports the change on Page 9, Section XV. Paragraph to be changed to read: Amendments may be proposed by any Board Member and may be adopted at the next Board meeting by a two-thirds roll-call vote of members present, provided there is a quorum and exact wording of the proposed change(s) is included in the agenda of the required notice of the meeting.
