Northwest San Pedro Neighborhood CouncilSanitation Facility on North Gaffey WHEREAS the Northwest San Pedro Neighborhood Council is in the process of creating a conceptual land use and traffic plan for N. Gaffey between the 110/47 off/on ramp and the AmeriGas Facility; and WHEREAS the land use and traffic plan will be completed no later than December 2005. WHEREAS the sanitation facility located on North Gaffey Street is or will soon be vacated and a decision regarding the future use of this property will be made as a result thereof. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Northwest San Pedro Neighborhood Council requests that Councilwoman Janice Hahn’s office and the city of Los Angeles not take any action that would preclude the possible future uses of this property that will be identified by the land use and traffic plan until said plan is completed. Passed by the NWSPNC Board on June 13, 2005.
