Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by November 8, 2021.
Commitments include a monthly Board Meeting, participation in at least one Committee, activities and outreach events.
Applicants must live or own property in the Averill area as shown on the Neighborhood Council map nwsanpedro.org/map. This is a very irregular area, roughly that portion of the City of LA bounded by 7thStreet and 9th/Miraleste Dr on the North, Leland on the East, Western and the City Boundary on the West, and 18th Street on the South with a jog south on Weymouth to 19th Street west to Western.
